In the fall of 2020, I redesigned the branding system and hompage of searchneu.com, a website Northeastern University students use to search for classes. As a UX/UI designer for Sandbox, NEU's student-led software consultancy, I worked with software engineers to build a more user-friendly site. My re-branding consisted of creating a typography system, choosing the color scheme, and creating the visual iconography such as the husky in the magnifying glass. My senior year, I took on the leadership role of being head of the UX design team, where I led designer meetings as well as led the interview process for future designers.
On the left is the design I created for the website's 404 or error page. On the right is the design for a potential night-mode color scheme of the website.
